Buyer  agrees to annual vet check ups , keeping all shots current according the AVMA guidelines.

To provide adequate housing and not to let animal run loose unaccompanied nor to confine on a rope or chain.

If buyer decides to sell or otherwise dispose of dog, the seller has the right to first refusal.

This contract is between buyer and seller only and possible future change of ownership of this dog voids the contract.

Puppies whose age at the date of this sale precludes completion of the scheduled series of vaccinations must have the remainder of the vaccinations completed by purchaser ON TIME  in order to protect the puppy and for his or her health guarantee to remain valid.  A timetable for necessary vaccinations will accompany the puppy or buyer will be informed about timetable.  The puppy has SOME immunity from the parvo disease from the mother and if the puppy has had a parvo vaccinations, it also has SOME immunity.  But because parvo is such a contagious disease, the puppy can be exposed to the disease in any public place or even on your own property without your knowing it.  It is extremely important that you watch your puppy and be extremely cautious where you allow your puppy to go, who touches or comes into contact with it until it has received the full series of vaccinations against it and other puppy diseases.  For this reason  seller does not guarantee against parvo virus after the initial 48 hrs.  Normal incubation period for parvovirus can be up to 14 days but active excretion of the virus in the feces can begin the third day after exposure, often before clinical signs appear, and may last for one to two weeks after the onset of the disease. The puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated. (Parvovirus can live on property for 2 years and has been known to survive on inanimate objects like cages , bowls, clothing, etc for 5 months).  Nor should the puppy be exposed to unhealthy animals especially until all vaccinations are completed and a little time for the immunity to build up has set in.  Consult a vet for time period on this.  By no means EVER put your puppy down on the floor at the vet's office when taking them in for well puppy checks, etc.  They can pick up parvo virus  as well as many other germs.

We put our heart and souls into these babies and try our best to protect them with the best of care possible before and if possible even after they leave our home by being available if you need us to talk with about issues that come up concerning the puppy.  We wish you all the best with your new puppy and hope you will have many years of enjoyment from your new baby and companion.

By purchasing a puppy or dog from us, you agree to this contract/sales agreement.
